We originally had not planned on stopping over in Dubai but when our flights got cancelled which resulted in a 24 layover we decided it was the universe telling us to stay a little longer. We ended up booking 3 nights at the Jumeirah Al Qasr to end our trip on a high.

Cinque Terre

On our way to Cinque Terre we stopped by our favourite little Tuscan town Lucca.

It is the perfect place for a little stop over. You can ride your bike all the way around the towns walls. We have done this a few times on our trips to Lucca and it is such a great family activity. You can rent bikes from multiple places around the town. A great affordable activity for the whole family.

First Stop Paris!

The start of our month long European holiday commenced with a couple of days in Paris. We ended up staying for 3 nights. It was such a quick trip but a special place I know our girls especially loved and will cherish those memories for life. Jesse and I were on a work holiday to shoot some photography sessions in Italy and we took the opportrunity to take the girls with us and have some quality family time together. As a photographer, it was so special to capture our girls, while documenting our travels together.
