Sarah & Nick Elopement at Spicers Peak Lodge
Back in November last year, our Brisbane- based photographer’s Tahlia + Jesse from Wylde Folk Weddings had the absolute honour of capturing Sarah and Nick’s Elopement at the stunning and luxurious venue- Spicers Peak Lodge in Maryvale, QLD. Spicers Peak Lodge is a naturally inspired wilderness region, just 2 hours from Brisbane. The Lodge is perched at the peak of a 8,000 acre property and surrounded by picturesque mountain views, it is truly a destination like no other. A spectacular choice for Sarah and Nicks elopement.
There is something so special about capturing the love between two people. It can be an unfiltered and authentic experience to witness. Nick and Sarah’s journey, as documented through these photographs below, serves as a testament to the beauty found in simplicity. In every photograph, we find the whispers of their love and a tale told through the lens, where the unscripted becomes the most compelling script of all.
It was raining on the couples special day, so the event team moved the ceremony to the balcony of the lodge. The couple were married with a celebrant. The balcony had the most breathtaking views as their backdrop. The couple was married in the late afternoon followed by an intimate 4 course Chefs Tasting Dinner together which was paired some of the Lodge’s finest wines.
