On the 29th September 2023, Carrie & Joseph celebrated their intimate wedding day with their loved ones at the stunning location of the Gold Coast Farmhouse. The Gold Coast Farmhouse, provided a stunning backdrop for our Brisbane based photographer, Tahlia from Wylde Folk Wedding Photography. It was a honour to be apart this couples special day, as I have captured Carrie and Joseph 4-5 times for other big milestones in their lives over the course of their relationship

The couple choose to have the ceremony down by the lake, which was so romantic and had a gorgeous wooden row boat at the side, which reminded me of the love story, The Notebook.

The lake was a stunning choice, given the season was Spring and the sunshine was glistening on the lake and highlighting the lush greenery backdrop. It complemented the fresh blooms at the end of the aisle, where the lovely couple tied the knot. After the ceremony we got all the friends and family together for some group shots. Carrie & Joseph utilised the properties lawn and cocktail space to entertain their guests, while we took their bridal party photographs and the Bride and Grooms photos. Their gorgeous daughter Florence had some special photographs with her Mum and dad too. She was just divine. Memories captured for a lifetime. I just adore how much the bride Carrie is smiling in her wedding photographs, she was so happy all day.

The Gold Coast Farmhouse had so many romantic spots around the property to accommodate all your Wedding photography dreams. A couples swing that hung from the most beautiful old tree, multiple places with fresh blooms, around the lake, and one of my favourites was the TeePee that lit up like magic at night. Perfect to capture the couple in their loved up dance.
